- General Details
Maxcom SC Style Pluggable Blocking Filters are made for systems that want to deploy XGSPON (10G/XG-PON) services to their existing GPON network. This solution is used for fiber to the home/premises (FTTx) with a simple, economic, high performance, and compact approach. The blocking filter is easily installed on existing ONU equipment to block the 1577nm XG PON (XGS-PON) signals that could cause interference to their existing GPON or RF Overlay customers.
